In an update shared on his 43rd birthday, Bollywood actor Ranbir Kapoor has confirmed that the shoot for the sequel to his upcoming film 'Animal', titled 'Animal Park', will commence in 2027. Ranbir revealed that director Sandeep Reddy Vanga has been discussing the film's idea and characters with him, and the actor is eagerly anticipating the project, describing it as "crazy".
Prior to the filming of 'Animal Park', Ranbir Kapoor has two other major releases lined up for 2026. He will be seen portraying the character of Lord Rama in Nitesh Tiwari's 'Ramayana Part 1', and will also star alongside Alia Bhatt and Vicky Kaushal in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's romance drama 'Love And War'.
The original film 'Animal', which is scheduled for release in 2023, features a stellar cast including Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor, Triptii Dimri, Bobby Deol, Shakti Kapoor, and Saurabh Sachdeva.
