The ambitious two-part epic 'Ramayana' has its first installment scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on November 5. The second installment is anticipated to premiere on Diwali 2027. Poorna Jagannathan had previously spoken about facing ageism in Bollywood, noting the industry's challenges for women in their forties during her earlier career.
