Ranbir Kapoor Leases Trump Tower Apartment for Rs 4.63 Lakh Monthly

Actor Ranbir Kapoor has leased out his apartment at Trump Towers in Pune's Kalyani Nagar for a monthly rent of Rs 4.63 lakh. This agreement, registered on October 6, 2026, is a three-year leave-and-licence contract. It is projected to generate approximately Rs 1.75 crore in rental income for Kapoor over its tenure.

The property in question is situated on the 10th floor of Tower A at Trump Towers in Yerwada, Pune. It spans roughly 6,094 sq ft and comes with three dedicated covered parking spaces. The lease commenced on September 20, 2026, and will conclude on September 19, 2029.

During the three-year period, the monthly rent will see a 5% annual increase. Starting at Rs 4.63 lakh in the first year, it will rise to Rs 4.86 lakh in the second, and Rs 5.11 lakh in the third. A security deposit of Rs 27.78 lakh was also part of the agreement. Kapoor and his late father purchased these apartments in 2015.

This property transaction occurs while Ranbir Kapoor is actively engaged in promoting his upcoming film, 'Ramayana,' directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The movie is slated for a theatrical release on November 5, 2026. Recently, the international trailer for 'Ramayana' was unveiled at an event in Bengaluru, attended by Kapoor and the film's team.
