The film is being developed as a monumental two-part epic, slated for a worldwide IMAX release. 'Ramayana: Part 1' is scheduled to hit theaters on Diwali 2026. Subsequently, 'Ramayana: Part 2' will be released on Diwali 2027, promising a grand cinematic experience.
Adding to the star-studded cast, Sai Pallavi will be seen as goddess Sita, Ravie Dubey as Lakshmana, and Sunny Deol as Lord Hanuman. The film is produced by Malhotra's Prime Focus Studios in association with DNEG and Yash's Monster Mind Creations.
