Actor Ram Kapoor recently shared intimate details about his wife Gautami Gadgil's past marriage during an episode of the reality show 'Lock Upp: Sach Ya Sazaa'. Kapoor revealed that Gadgil was previously married to photographer Madhur Shroff. The marriage, which lasted two and a half years, was reportedly unhappy, leading to the couple living apart.

Gadgil's parents were initially against her decision to divorce Shroff, but Ram Kapoor provided crucial emotional support during this challenging period. He was a close friend and confidant to Gautami, assisting her through the process. Their own love story began on the sets of the television show 'Ghar Ek Mandir,' where they played on-screen relatives who eventually married.
