Initially slated for a global premiere on June 4, the film's same-day release in Japan has been officially cancelled. This decision stems from unavoidable technical reasons, a move that has caused considerable disappointment among overseas fans.

The film's makers had strategically planned the Japanese release to capitalize on Ram Charan's substantial fan base in the country, cultivated by the massive success of 'RRR'. The abrupt cancellation, announced shortly before the premiere, has upset many, especially those in Japan eager to experience the film simultaneously with Indian audiences.
