Rakhi Sawant Defends Sunita Ahuja in Govinda Controversy

Rakhi Sawant has publicly voiced her strong support for Sunita Ahuja amidst the controversy surrounding actor Govinda and actress Komal Rani Swarnkar. Sawant addressed the paparazzi, questioning Govinda's conduct towards his wife of 40 years and his association with Komal Rani. She issued a direct warning to Komal, disparagingly calling her a "husband stealer" and threatening consequences for her alleged disparagement of celebrities.

Komal Rani has responded to the criticism by suggesting that certain actresses are attempting to gain relevance by commenting on her and Govinda's public appearances. She noted their joint visits to Lalbaugcha Raja led to speculation. Komal criticized those commenting on traditional values while allegedly failing to uphold their own marital sanctity.

Govinda, however, has denied rumors concerning his relationship with Komal Rani Swarnkar. He stated that their public appearances are purely professional, linked to their upcoming film titled 'Roopa'. This film, starring both Govinda and Komal Rani, is slated for a theatrical release in early 2027, having been officially announced in July 2026.
