Rajpal Yadav Wife Confirms Jail Stay, Denies Release Rumors

Radha Yadav, wife of actor Rajpal Yadav, has addressed recent reports concerning his legal troubles. She confirmed that as of February 15, 2026, Rajpal Yadav had not been released from Tihar Jail and that his bail hearing was scheduled for Monday, February 16, 2026. His wife conveyed that he is managing "okay" amidst the circumstances.

The actor is currently involved in legal proceedings related to a cheque-bounce case with dues reportedly amounting to approximately Rs 9 crore. According to his legal counsel, Rajpal Yadav has already paid Rs 2.5 crore towards the total sum. The Delhi High Court has extended his judicial custody until at least February 16, 2026.

Radha Yadav expressed profound gratitude for the outpouring of support from the film industry, acknowledging that numerous individuals have stepped forward to assist.
