Riteish Deshmukh's directorial venture, Raja Shivaji, has concluded its theatrical run, achieving a monumental success by becoming the highest-grossing Marathi film in history. The historical action drama amassed a total net collection of ₹105.49 crore in India, with gross earnings reaching approximately ₹124.47 crore. Its worldwide gross stands at ₹129.47 crore, indicating a significant positive return on its ₹75 crore budget.

The film's performance also marked a career milestone for Abhishek Bachchan, with Raja Shivaji becoming his fifth highest-grossing film in India. It surpassed his previous releases like Dostana and Guru. However, the film fell short of surpassing Housefull 3, needing an additional ₹2.21 crore to achieve that feat, a margin deemed impossible given its current daily earnings. Raja Shivaji's box office journey saw a strong opening week with ₹57.7 crore, followed by ₹27 crore in its second week. Subsequent weeks continued to add to its impressive total, with collections of ₹13.15 crore, ₹5.2 crore, and ₹2.24 crore in weeks three, four, and five, respectively. The film's final reported day 37 collection was ₹6 lakh, marking the end of its triumphant theatrical exhibition.
