Raja Shivaji Box Office: Rs. 57.70 Crores & Still Climbing!

The film Raja Shivaji has concluded its first week with strong box office performance, amassing Rs. 57.70 crores. The movie debuted with Rs. 12.40 crores on its opening Friday, a state holiday in Maharashtra, its primary market. Subsequent collections have shown a good hold, with the film consistently breaching the Rs. 4 crore mark throughout its initial run.

Stepping into its second week, Raja Shivaji is expected to maintain its momentum, especially with a lack of significant competition from other Marathi or Hindi releases this weekend. Projections suggest that continued strong weekend collections could propel the film towards the Rs. 70 crore milestone. This performance is noteworthy, as it challenges existing records for Marathi cinema and positions Raja Shivaji as one of the biggest films from the regional industry.

As of the end of its first week, the film's collections stood at Rs. 57.70 crores. Analysts anticipate that achieving Rs. 3.50 crores or more in its second weekend would keep it on the right track, potentially leading to a Rs. 12 crore weekend. The success of both the Marathi and Hindi versions contributes to this remarkable box office achievement.
