Tarantino Clashes: Director's Fiery Feuds Revealed
15 Mar
Summary
- Tarantino criticized Rosanna Arquette for her remarks on his film's N-word use.
- The director also slammed Paul Dano's performance in 'There Will Be Blood'.
- Tarantino vowed never to share his fortune with his mother after childhood criticism.

Director Quentin Tarantino, known for his outspoken nature, recently engaged in a public dispute with actress Rosanna Arquette. Arquette had criticized his films for their frequent use of the N-word, calling it "racist and creepy." Tarantino responded by suggesting her comments were a bid for publicity and accused her of a "lack of class" for criticizing a movie she previously worked on and was reportedly enthusiastic about.
This exchange is the latest in a series of public criticisms Tarantino has leveled against fellow artists. In December, he controversially described Paul Dano's acting in 'There Will Be Blood' as "weak sauce," suggesting Austin Butler would have been a better choice for the role. He also expressed his dislike for actors Owen Wilson and Matthew Lillard.
Furthermore, Tarantino revealed a long-standing pact he made at age 12 not to share his considerable fortune with his mother. This vow stems from her dismissive comments about his childhood writing ambitions. Despite this, he acknowledged assisting her with a tax issue, but upheld his promise regarding financial support for other matters.
