The film, directed by Angga Dwimas Sasongko, centers on Rafah, a woman navigating a realm of ritual and violence who ultimately ascends to a position of power. Sasongko, acclaimed for "Stealing Raden Saleh" and "13 Bombs," co-wrote the script with Irfan Ramli.
