Bernthal's Punisher Returns: One Last Kill!

Fans can expect a bloody return to the world of Frank Castle with Marvel's latest Special Presentation, "The Punisher: One Last Kill." Starring and co-written by Jon Bernthal, the special will premiere on Disney+ on May 12 at 6 p.m. PT. This presentation dives back into the life of the Punisher, picking up after his escape from Kingpin's capture in "Daredevil: Born Again."

According to producer Dario Scardapane, who also worked on Netflix's "The Punisher" series and is the showrunner for "Daredevil: Born Again," this special fits chronologically between the events of "The Punisher" and "Daredevil: Born Again" Season 2. The synopsis teases Frank Castle's search for meaning beyond revenge, as an unexpected force draws him back into conflict, suggesting a new direction for the character.
