- Husband in jail, but family urges breakup; is he manipulating her?
- Film explores toxic co-dependency and cycles of abuse visually.

A woman named Mia awakens from a coma following a fall from several storeys, grappling with fragmented memories and mental freefall. She is unable to determine if her husband, Jake, who is currently in jail, pushed her. Her family, led by her brother Ajay, encourages her to end the relationship.
Mia hesitates, burdened by guilt over Jake's previous unravelling and his paranoia, which led them to relocate to Los Angeles. When she visits Jake in jail, he suggests Ajay is manipulating her. The film explores whether Mia is being gaslighted by Jake or by herself.
Director Jennifer E. Montgomery uses visual elements like recurring snapshots of Mia's fall and circular motifs to symbolize a cycle of abuse that must be broken. The narrative occasionally loses grip on Mia's inner state and motivations.
The movie culminates in a jarring ending, lacking the finesse of classic thrillers. Despite underusing characters like Ajay, it visually portrays a descent into toxic co-dependency.
