As of November 14th, 2025, Aaron Michael, a former contestant on the popular reality TV show Project Runway, has found himself in legal trouble. Michael, who placed sixth in season 19 of the competition in 2022, was arrested on Thursday in West Virginia on an out-of-state warrant.
According to court documents reviewed by TMZ, Michael is currently being held at the North Central Regional Jail in Greenwood. A mugshot shows the former TV personality wearing an orange jail jumpsuit, his recognizable salt-and-pepper hair and beard still intact.
The reasons behind the warrant for Michael's arrest remain unknown at this time. What is clear, however, is that his time on Project Runway came to an end earlier than he had hoped, as he was eliminated in the second-to-last episode of the season. Despite his early exit, Michael's passion for fashion and design had been evident throughout his time on the show.
