Stalker Evicted from Prince Harry's Hotel Before Charity Event
7 Oct, 2025
Summary
- Woman described as Prince Harry's "stalker" found hiding in hotel restroom
- Incident occurred 20 minutes before Harry's arrival for a charity event
- Same woman spotted near Harry's car after being evicted from hotel
In a concerning security breach, a woman described as Prince Harry's "stalker" was discovered hiding in the restroom of a London hotel just 20 minutes before the Duke of Sussex was due to arrive for a charity event on September 8, 2025. The incident occurred at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, where hotel staff intervened and evicted the woman from the premises.
However, the woman was later seen standing near Harry's car, despite being removed from the hotel. This was not the first time the woman had followed Harry and his wife, Meghan. She had previously trailed the couple during an official visit to Nigeria in May 2024. The woman is believed to have mental health problems and is on a list of "fixated individuals".
The security scare highlights the ongoing challenges faced by the royal family, especially since Harry lost his legal challenge against changes to his security arrangements made by the British government following his decision to step down from royal duties. As a result, during his recent visit to the UK, he had to rely only on his private bodyguards, leaving him vulnerable to such incidents.
"These incidents are not uncommon for members of the royal family," a source told The NY Post. "Relying on luck is not a long-term fix. He's the son of the king, brother of the heir, fifth in line to the throne and one of the most famous people in the world."
