Actress Preity Zinta has reportedly sold an apartment in Mumbai's upscale Bandra West neighborhood for Rs 18.50 crores. The property, located in the Rustomjee Parishram building, measures approximately 1,770 square feet and was officially registered on March 2, 2026.
The buyers of this luxury residence are Priya Nagar and Rajeev Nagar, who are US citizens of Indian origin. They paid a stamp duty of Rs 1.11 crore and a registration fee of Rs 30,000 for the transaction. This sale follows another property deal by Zinta just four months prior.
In November 2025, Zinta had sold another apartment in the same building for over Rs 14 crore. The apartment involved in the recent transaction was allotted to her in April 2025 following the redevelopment of her original residential building. The allotment was formalized under a redevelopment agreement with developer Keystone Realtors.
Zinta, who splits her time between India and international commitments, has not yet publicly commented on this latest real estate transaction. The actress is preparing for her comeback to the big screen alongside Sunny Deol in 'Lahore 1947'.
