Some traveled for up to three days, demonstrating the significant draw of the IMAX 70mm presentation.
The scarcity of 70mm IMAX screens is due to high costs and technical challenges. The film prints themselves are massive, weighing around 300 kilograms and stretching 18 kilometers. Prague's Cinema City preserved its analog IMAX projector, which has previously been used for Nolan's "The Dark Knight Rises," "Interstellar," and "Oppenheimer."
