Porsha Williams Addresses BBL Rumors, Shares Surgery Journey

Porsha Williams has returned for the 17th season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, premiering on Bravo on April 5, 2026. Amidst the excitement, the reality star addressed persistent rumors about undergoing a Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL). Williams has consistently denied these claims, even humorously twerking to dismiss them on live television in 2015 and posting on Instagram in August 2021. She clarified that her physique is natural and that it's okay for mothers to have a natural stomach.

In addition to discussing BBL rumors, Williams has been open about other cosmetic procedures. In 2016, she underwent a non-surgical nose job using hyaluronic acid filler, a procedure performed by celebrity cosmetic dermatologist Simon Ourian, costing between USD 1,900 and USD 4,900. More recently, in April 2025, she announced plans to replace her breast implants.
