Academician Turns Filmmaker With Romantic Drama

Pooja Arora, an academician with a passion for writing, has transitioned into film production alongside her husband, Vipul Dhawan. Under their banner, Dhawan Films, they are set to release their debut movie, 'Na Jaane Kaun Aa Gaya.' This project marks a significant milestone, evolving from an idea conceived during the pandemic into a fully realized film.

The film is described as an intense romantic drama that delves into the complexities of modern relationships, aiming for emotional engagement and relatability. The casting process was thorough, involving auditions over three months to find actors who truly embody the characters' essence and emotional depth.

Arora, influenced by her creatively inclined family and her brother Vikas Arora, the film's writer-director, felt a natural progression towards filmmaking. She connected with the script on an audience level, finding its themes of love, trust, and vulnerability universal.

Dhawan Films officially began production nearly three years ago, with the script and planning intensified during the pandemic. The film is scheduled for a pan-India theatrical release on March 6, 2026.
