A potential Poison Ivy series is reportedly being developed for HBO, with "The Penguin" creator Lauren LeFranc in talks to produce. This proposed show would serve as an expansion of the iconic DC Comics character's narrative.
While the series has not yet received an official greenlight from the network, LeFranc's potential involvement as a producer is a key development. Notably, this project is expected to be separate from Matt Reeves' established "The Batman" universe.
Currently, there are no writers officially attached to the Poison Ivy series. LeFranc, who previously earned acclaim for her Emmy-winning crime drama miniseries, would take on a producing role for this potential DC Comics spinoff.
