In May 2025, British singer-songwriter-producer PinkPantheress released her sophomore mixtape Fancy That. The album has now been included in the 2025 Mercury Prize shortlist, which recognizes outstanding albums by U.K. and Irish artists from the past year.
To celebrate this achievement, PinkPantheress has dropped a remix edition of Fancy That, titled Fancy Some More. The 22-track project features remixes of the original nine songs by a diverse array of artists, including Anitta, SEVENTEEN, JADE, JT, Sugababes, Kylie Minogue, Zara Larsson, Ravyn Lenae, and Kaytranada.
According to PinkPantheress, the goal of the remix album was to explore how the songs can "live in different worlds while still holding onto the emotion of the original." The result is a collection of reimagined tracks that bring new energy and texture, while still preserving the heart of the original material.
Fancy That has already made waves, reaching No. 4 on the Top Dance Albums chart and No. 72 on the Billboard 200. The album's third single, "Illegal," which samples Underworld's "Dark & Long (Dark Train)," became PinkPantheress' second entry on the Billboard Hot 100, peaking at No. 96.
With the release of Fancy Some More, PinkPantheress' music is set to reach even greater heights, as her unique sound and collaborations with global superstars captivate audiences around the world.
