James Bond Star Brosnan Reconciles with Estranged Son After 20 Years

Last month, on October 15th, 2025, acclaimed actor Pierce Brosnan took a break from filming the second season of his hit Amazon Prime drama "MobLand" to reunite with his estranged son Christopher. The emotional meeting, which also included Brosnan's younger son Dylan, took place at an upscale restaurant in London.

Brosnan's relationship with Christopher, the biological son of his late first wife Cassandra Harris, had been strained for over two decades due to Christopher's crippling addiction to cocaine and heroin. In 2005, the actor had been forced to cut ties with his eldest son, stating, "I had to say, 'Go. Get busy living, or get busy dying'."

However, it appears the two have now managed to put their differences aside. According to a source, "They both looked happy and relaxed" during the family gathering. Brosnan's reconciliation with Christopher comes as he continues to film the second season of "MobLand," where he plays the role of Irish gangster Conrad Harrigan.

The 72-year-old actor was spotted on set last week, joined by his 28-year-old son Dylan, who quietly observed the action from across the street. Dylan, the elder of Brosnan's two children with wife Keely Shaye Smith, has also made a name for himself in the entertainment industry, with production credits on several action films.
