Phoebe Bridgers' Secret Tour: UFOs and Indiana?

Indie music sensation Phoebe Bridgers is currently engaged in a highly secretive pop-up tour, with her recent movements hinting at a unique selection criterion for host cities. The tour, which began in May, has consistently targeted locations with notable histories of UFO activity, sparking speculation among fans and observers. This pattern has led to significant interest in whether Indiana, a state with its own documented repertoire of strange aerial sightings, might be a future destination.

Indiana boasts a compelling history of reported extraterrestrial encounters, including significant accounts from 1952 and 1966, as well as earlier lore dating back to 1897. These historical events, ranging from "ballooned-shaped objects" to "blueish-hazed balls of light," position the state as a plausible contender for Bridgers' tour. Should she choose to make Indiana a stop, intimate venues in cities like Indianapolis and Bloomington, such as the Melody Inn or Bishop Bar, are considered more likely than larger arenas.

The nature of Bridgers' surprise tour, with show announcements often made just a day prior and tickets sold in person with strict phone-free policies, adds to the intrigue. The artist's proximity to Indiana, having recently performed in Champaign, Illinois, further fuels anticipation. The combination of her travel path and Indiana's documented UFO lore makes the Hoosier State a strong candidate for her next enigmatic performance.
