Peridance Brings Personal 'Hora Mine' to Israel

New York's Peridance Contemporary Dance Company embarks on a significant tour of Israel from June 29 to July 5, performing in Haifa, Herzliya, and Jerusalem. This engagement marks a notable return for an international contemporary dance ensemble to Israeli stages since the war's outset. The company brings a diverse repertory, showcasing the artistic vision of its founder and choreographer, Igal Perry.

Central to the program is Perry's deeply personal creation, 'Hora Mine.' Drawing inspiration from his childhood in Tiberias and his extensive career in New York, the piece deconstructs the traditional Israeli hora.
