Pax Jolie-Pitt Stays Connected to Brad Pitt's Family

Pax Jolie-Pitt, 22, is reportedly maintaining a connection to Brad Pitt's extended family, despite the ongoing public separation between his parents. He was recently seen attending an engagement celebration for his cousin Sydney Pitt, an event that included other Pitt relatives.

This comes as several of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's children have made moves to distance themselves from the "Pitt" surname. Maddox, Zahara, Shiloh, and Vivienne have either legally changed their names or are in the process of doing so, opting to use "Jolie" or "Jolie-Pitt."

While Pax has reportedly dropped "Pitt" from his legal name on his high school diploma and maintains limited direct contact with his father, he has not severed all ties to Pitt's broader family network. He was also recently photographed with his mother, Angelina Jolie, at a charity event in Los Angeles on June 6, 2026.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt finalized their divorce in December 2024, eight years after the initial filing. They share six children: Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh, Knox, and Vivienne.
