Paulina Porizkova, the 60-year-old model and author, has sparked a body-positivity conversation with her recent Instagram video. In the clip, she confidently poses in pink lace lingerie, addressing the common question of how to look fabulous at 60.

Porizkova openly discussed the physical changes associated with aging, such as wrinkles and weight gain, stating, "This is what it looks like. I am 60-years-old." She revealed the lingerie was initially purchased seven years prior, for a partner who desired her to appear younger.

Despite acknowledging the effects of gravity, Porizkova finds empowerment in her current self. She expressed that even with perceived "flaws," she has "never felt sexier and more at home in my skin." This sentiment comes after her separation from Ric Ocasek in 2018 and her subsequent romance with screenwriter Jeff Greenstein, with whom she announced her engagement in July 2025.
