She cited a desire for a private experience, distinct from her usually public life.

Hilton explained that she and Reum made a pact to not disclose the pregnancy or birth to anyone, aiming to protect their private journey together. The news reportedly surprised her mother, whose reaction to meeting her grandson for the first time was described as priceless.
