His son, Jack Osbourne, and granddaughter, Pearl, recently went undercover in the Hollywood haunted house, appearing as horrifying characters to scare unsuspecting guests. Jack shared a video of their surprise appearance, fulfilling a promise he made to Pearl.

Both Universal Studios Hollywood and Universal Orlando Resort feature unique Ozzy-themed haunted houses that draw from his life and career. The Hollywood version explores more of his personal backstory, while Orlando's attraction centers on a cult attempting to resurrect the rock icon. Sharon Osbourne expressed that Ozzy, who loved horror movies and Halloween, would have found the tribute fitting and amusing.
