The free exhibition initially opened its doors on June 25, coinciding with Black Sabbath's farewell concert. It has since welcomed more than 425,000 visitors, demonstrating a strong public interest in the iconic musician's life and work.
Originally scheduled to conclude in September 2025, the exhibition's run was first shortened to January 18. However, due to sustained visitor enthusiasm and the continued support of the Osbourne family, Birmingham Museums announced the extension until September 27, 2026.
