An expansive online auction is offering James Bond enthusiasts the chance to acquire over 400 pieces of memorabilia from every film in the iconic franchise. Propstore's extensive collection spans from the debut of 007 in 1962's Dr. No through to 2021's No Time to Die. Bidding is now open globally and will continue until October 27th.
Among the most anticipated lots is Daniel Craig's Tom Ford suit, shirt, and cufflinks from Skyfall, with an estimated value of $53,000. Ana de Armas' Paloma dress and sandals from No Time to Die are also expected to fetch around $53,000. Additionally, a set of 14 first-edition books by Bond author Ian Fleming is up for grabs, estimated to sell for upwards of $50,000.
Memorabilia from earlier Bond eras is also featured, including a Dr. No British quad poster valued up to $22,000 and a clapperboard from Octopussy expected to exceed $10,000. Propstore director Alastair McCrea noted the enduring cultural significance of James Bond and the strong collector interest across generations, citing the diverse appeal of the franchise.
The auction follows Propstore's recent successful Blade Runner 2049 memorabilia sale. Interest in Bond collectables has seen a significant rise, particularly during the Daniel Craig era, with items like posters, scripts, books, and costumes experiencing increased market value, especially with a new Bond film anticipated.
