Wolfgang Puck is set to cater the Governors Ball for the 32nd time following the 98th Academy Awards on March 15, 2026. This year's event at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood will showcase Wolfgang Puck's signature dishes, including chicken pot pie and Oscar-shaped crackers. New additions to the menu will feature a sushi and salmon station with five chefs preparing various rolls and items.
Puck's son and co-chef, Byron Puck, highlighted a new ice cream machine designed to provide a consistent, silky texture for desserts. A special apple strudel, made from a recipe passed down from Wolfgang Puck's mother, will also be available. The catering team is prepared to handle dietary needs, recalling a past instance where they successfully catered to vegan guests.
Official beverages for the evening include Clarendelle & Domaine Clarence Dillon wines and Piper-Heidsieck champagne. Mixologists from Hong Kong's Bar Leone will curate Tequila Don Julio cocktails. The Oscars ceremony itself will be hosted by Conan O'Brien and broadcast live on ABC, with streaming available on Hulu.
