Harmony Hugs Await: Open Mic Night This Friday

Headwaters Music and Arts invites the community to its Open Mic and Coffee House event on Friday, December 5th. The evening promises a supportive atmosphere for artists of all ages and skill levels to share their talents.

This month's spotlight falls on Serotiny, a distinctive all-women alternative band from northern Minnesota. They are recognized for their indie-pop melodies and unique "harmony hugs," bringing a fresh and resonant sound to local audiences with original songs and haunting arrangements.

Interested performers are encouraged to register for a 10-minute or two-song slot by emailing jjhgaard@gmail.com or signing up in person starting at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $4 for individuals or $10 per family, with coffee and treats available for purchase.
