One Night Only: Love sparks on a legal night

One Night Only, a new romantic comedy starring Callum Turner and Monica Barbaro, recently held its premiere at the SVA Theatre in New York City. Directed by Will Gluck, the film is based on a script by Travis Braun and explores the theme of finding love on a unique occasion where premarital sex is legally permitted.

The story follows Owen, recently dumped, and Allie, an optimistic romantic, who find themselves as possibly the only two singles in the city seeking more than a fleeting encounter. When they meet, an undeniable spark ignites, but their night quickly becomes complicated by a series of missteps and unexpected detours, keeping them apart.

As Owen and Allie race toward and away from each other across the city, they are on a journey that might lead them to discover that their greatest desire is within reach. The film also features an ensemble cast including Molly Ringwald, Maya Hawke, and Julia Fox. One Night Only is scheduled to be released in U.S. theaters starting August 7.
