The announcement of the project comes nearly a year after the tragic passing of their One Direction bandmate, Liam Payne, who died in a hotel accident in Argentina. The upcoming Netflix series will see Malik and Tomlinson "opening up about life, love, loss, and fatherhood," according to a press release.
The collaboration between the two artists has been in the works for some time, with Tomlinson hinting at a potential joint project during a recent interview. The series will be produced by Campfire Studios, known for their work on various high-profile documentaries and reality shows.
