Model Olivia Culpo and NFL star Christian McCaffrey are currently renovating their $14.5 million California residence, purchased from George Clooney in 2025. The extensive project aims to transform the spacious six-bedroom, six-bathroom home into their dream family abode before the expected arrival of their second child in November. Culpo recently shared sneak peeks of the renovations, highlighting changes like the removal of dual adjacent bathrooms to create a scullery.

The transformation extends to other areas, including the dining room, which has been updated with new wallpaper, exposed wooden beams, and an elegant crystal chandelier. This opulent 7,354-square-foot property, previously owned by Clooney and before him, Stevie Nicks, offers significant privacy and numerous amenities.

The couple, who welcomed their first child in March 2025, are prioritizing the renovation to ensure the home is perfect for their growing family. Their commitment to creating a 'forever home' with 'original character' was a key factor in their purchase shortly after their 2024 wedding.
