Kashyap & Motwane Launch YouTube Shorts Platform

A new YouTube channel, Oh Flip Shorts, is set to launch on July 15, dedicated to showcasing premium short-form cinema. The platform is backed by producer Ranjan Singh and curated by acclaimed filmmakers Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane. The inaugural release will be Ravi Muppa's psychological thriller, 'Incognito,' starring Vikram Singh, Ayushi Nema, and Dev Chauhan. This film has already garnered attention with a run at over 20 international festivals, including the Oscar-qualifying Palm Springs International ShortFest.

Kashyap expressed his long-standing appreciation for short films as a vital stepping stone for directors, highlighting his intention to support emerging talent. Motwane described 'Incognito' as gripping and atmospheric, praising its unique ending. The film itself follows a motel receptionist entangled in a dangerous situation after recording a potential trafficking victim.

'Incognito' is also slated for a feature-length adaptation, with production involving Hollywood's Invention Studios, Flip Films, and Campfire Studios. This expansion into a feature film marks a significant milestone for the project, which began its journey as a short.
