Nolan's Odyssey Cast: Damon, Hathaway, Holland Star

Christopher Nolan's next directorial venture, "The Odyssey," is set to release in 2026 and features an extensive ensemble cast. Matt Damon stars as the titular hero, Odysseus, King of Ithaca. Anne Hathaway plays his faithful wife, Penelope, who awaits his return amidst persistent suitors.

This star-studded production includes Tom Holland as Telemachus, Odysseus and Penelope's son, and Zendaya as the goddess Athena. Robert Pattinson will portray Antinous, one of the vying suitors. Himesh Patel is cast as Eurylochus, one of Odysseus's loyal men.

Lupita Nyong'o takes on the dual role of Helen and Clytemnestra, while Jon Bernthal plays Menelaus, Helen's husband. Elliot Page appears as Sinon, a key figure from Virgil's "The Aeneid" related to the Trojan Horse. Samantha Morton is cast as the sorceress Circe, and Charlize Theron portrays the nymph Calypso.

Further adding to the epic scope, Travis Scott lends his voice as a Bard, John Leguizamo plays the loyal shepherd Eumaeus, and Benny Safdie is set as Agamemnon. Bill Irwin embodies the Cyclops Polyphemus, and Corey Hawkins plays the suitor Polybus. Mia Goth is Melantho, a disloyal servant, and Logan Marshall-Green portrays Melanthius, a goatherd.

Will Yun Lee plays Odysseus's crewmate Anchialus, Ryan Hurst is Mentor, a friend and advisor, and Jovan Adepo portrays Elpenor, another of Odysseus's men, rounding out the significant cast additions.
