To create the album, the pair converted their New Hampshire cabin bedroom into a home studio. They characterize the sound as "psychedelic chaos, acid rollers, and big beat," emphasizing the use of hardware instruments and a spirit of love and spiritual fire.
Octo Octa, also known as Maya Bouldry-Morrison, released her solo album 'Sigils for Survival' earlier this year. The duo recently performed a back-to-back DJ set at Amsterdam's Dekmantel festival and are scheduled to play Making Time ∞ in Philadelphia next month.
