Founded by Mike Paradinas (aka μ-Ziq) in 1995, Planet Mu has established itself as a pillar for some of the UK's most deranged dance music, from Aphex Twin to Venetian Snares.
The label's 30th anniversary compilation earlier this year touched on various styles, but much of it felt defined by its older contributors.
