This Epiphone EJ-200 was used by Gallagher while the Manchester band was in the process of recording their landmark second album, '(What's the Story) Morning Glory?'.
The critically acclaimed 1995 album is responsible for millions of record sales and features enduring hits such as 'Don't Look Back in Anger' and 'Some Might Say'. The guitar's sale price exceeded its estimated value of $80,000 (£59,500).
Further underscoring the immense value placed on Oasis memorabilia, a handwritten lyric sheet for the beloved song 'Don't Look Back in Anger' was also sold. This separate item commanded a price of $38,400 (£28,513) at the same auction event.
