Oasis Reunion Film Hits Disney+ This September

An untitled documentary detailing Oasis's landmark 2025 reunion tour is slated for a limited theatrical debut on September 11. Following its cinema run, the film will be available internationally on Disney+. This feature documentary, from "Peaky Blinders" creator Steven Knight, explores the highly anticipated return of Liam and Noel Gallagher.

The film promises an "unapologetically uplifting account" of the global cultural event, providing fans with exclusive access to rehearsals, backstage life, and onstage performances. It also includes the brothers' first joint interviews in more than 25 years, delving into the music's impact on audiences worldwide.

Steven Knight expressed his excitement for the film's release, highlighting its capture of the band's spirit and the fans' profound connection to their music. The project is a magna studios production, presented by Sony Music Vision, and aims to showcase how music can unite people across generations and cultures, offering hope in divisive times.

Disney's president of direct-to-consumer international originals, Eric Schrier, called the film an "intimate story of reconciliation and the power of music," noting the privilege of bringing the story of one of music's most influential acts to audiences globally via the big screen and Disney+.
