Joey Fatone and Lance Bass have shared details about a collection of unreleased *NSYNC songs, recorded before their major 2000 album, 'No Strings Attached.' The group had to abandon these tracks because their former manager, Lou Pearlman, retained the rights to the entire album.
Fatone indicated that approximately 12 to 13 songs from that period exist, with some potentially resurfacing on CDs or stored away in vaults. Bass mentioned a specific track called "Tanya" that he believed "would've been a banger." However, both members expressed that these songs are unlikely to ever be officially released.
Despite the setback, *NSYNC went on to achieve immense success with 'No Strings Attached,' featuring hits like "Bye Bye Bye." The group released four studio albums between 1997 and 2001. They have reunited sporadically, most recently in 2024 during Justin Timberlake's concert, performing several of their well-known songs and a new track.
