*NSYNC Star Chris Kirkpatrick Reveals Drastic Changes in Touring Life

In a recent interview, former *NSYNC member Chris Kirkpatrick, now 53 years old, opens up about the drastic changes in his touring life over the years. Kirkpatrick is currently on the Pop 2000 tour, which features other 2000s pop stars like LFO's Brad Fischetti and Ryan Cabrera.

Compared to the wild nights out with his *NSYNC bandmates - Justin Timberlake, Joey Fatone, and Lance Bass - back in the early 2000s, Kirkpatrick says the current tour schedule is a far cry from those glory days. "It's dad jokes galore. There's tons of dad jokes," he reveals, adding that the group now spends more time discussing "kids soccer talk" rather than hitting the clubs.

Kirkpatrick also fondly recalls the early days of *NSYNC, when he and Fatone, then just 19 and 20 years old, had to share hotel rooms before shows. "There was a lot of times where, especially when we were over in Europe, Justin had his mom there because he needed a guardian and he needed a teacher. Lance had his mom there, too -- so they always put Joey and I together in a room," he remembers. The two would bicker about snoring and keeping each other up before performances. "Looking back on it I was like, man, that's so weird, you know, we had double beds, Joey and I had to share a room before concerts," Kirkpatrick says.

Despite the changes, the former *NSYNC star still looks back on those early touring days with fondness, describing the experience as similar to "college" for him and his bandmates.
