The EP follows North's earlier single, "Piercing on My Hand," released in February 2026, and her collaborations from the previous year. A music video for the EP's title track, "#N0rth4evr," premiered on April 30, 2026, presenting visuals inspired by early 2000s emo and punk fashion.
Lyrically, "#N0rth4evr" features North rapping about her confidence and awareness of public scrutiny. The release is being celebrated with a special pop-up experience hosted by Complex LA on May 1 and May 2, 2026.
