Broadway Star Norm Lewis Lights Up Franklin Gala

Middle Tennessee's vibrant theater scene is set for a special evening as Studio Tenn presents its annual fundraising gala, "One Night Only: Summer Starlight Serenade." Scheduled for June 27, this event will host attendees at Liberty Hall in The Factory at Franklin, promising a night filled with community celebration and Broadway-caliber performances.

The highlight of the evening will be a headline performance by the acclaimed Norm Lewis, a Tony-nominated actor celebrated for his iconic role as the Phantom in 'The Phantom of the Opera.' The gala experience begins at 6:30 p.m. with a cocktail hour, followed by dinner and live entertainment.

This signature fundraiser is crucial for Studio Tenn's mission to produce exceptional theater and grow its youth educational programs. Artistic Director Patrick Cassidy emphasized that such events enable the company to bring world-class talent, like Norm Lewis, to the local stage. The gala also aims to increase theater accessibility across Middle Tennessee, supported by the generosity of patrons and ticket sales starting at $325.
