Noida Film City: World's Largest Creator Hub Takes Shape

A groundbreaking initiative is set to transform Noida Film City into the world's largest integrated incubation and laboratory ecosystem for content creators. Announced as part of India's Union Budget 2026 vision, this project signifies India's ambition to become a global center for creative production.

The ecosystem, located within Bayview Bhutani Film City, is designed to be more than a traditional training institute. It will serve as a comprehensive environment where filmmakers, YouTubers, gamers, musicians, and podcasters can develop intellectual property and launch international careers. Filmmaker Boney Kapoor emphasized its role in empowering storytellers with global-scale infrastructure and mentorship.

Plans include state-of-the-art production studios, advanced technology and post-production facilities, and structured mentorship programs. The development also features architecturally distinctive locations, aiming to attract significant domestic and international film productions. The project seeks to encourage cross-format collaboration, from feature films to digital-first content.

This initiative reflects the rapid expansion of India's creator economy, both domestically and internationally. By bringing diverse creative disciplines together, the Noida hub aims to foster innovation and support creators in building businesses targeted at global audiences.
