A bespoke engagement ring once given by Noel Gallagher to his ex-wife Sara MacDonald is once again up for auction. The sparkler, initially purchased for £44,000 in 2010, is being offered by Ross's Auctioneers & Valuers in Belfast with a starting bid of £18,000. This marks the second time the ring has been available for sale following the couple's divorce.
The ring, a creation by British designer Solange Azagury-Partridge, is crafted from 18ct yellow gold and features two rose-cut diamonds. An auction house spokesperson noted that such items attract significant interest not only from jewelry collectors but also from fans and collectors of celebrity memorabilia. They emphasized that Noel Gallagher's prominent role in Oasis lends a unique narrative appeal to objects associated with him.
