Nickelodeon Star Back on Streets After Psych Hold

Former Nickelodeon star Tylor Chase has been found back on the streets after being released from a 72-hour involuntary psychiatric hold. Jacob 'Jake' Harris, an influencer assisting Chase, reported that crisis teams released the actor without ensuring his transfer to a detox facility. Chase was reportedly found smoking meth during a subsequent evaluation, even in cold weather without adequate clothing.

This relapse follows significant public support and personal interventions, including a hotel stay arranged by former co-star Daniel Curtis Lee. Shaun Weiss, who has personal experience with homelessness and addiction, is working with Chase's father and reached out to the Screen Actors Guild for potential political assistance. Riverside County officials are also involved, though Chase has previously declined offered services.

Weiss noted that fan donations, while well-intentioned, may not be the most helpful for Chase's long-term recovery, which is believed to require weeks of stabilization. The situation underscores the ongoing struggles faced by individuals battling addiction and mental health issues, with ongoing efforts to secure comprehensive care for Chase.
