Summary
- Late Megadeth drummer Nick Menza featured on upcoming album.
- Unreleased drum tracks found by guitarist John Goodwin.
- Album also features former Megadeth members Ellefson and Poland.

An upcoming album by the metal band Serpent from Eden will posthumously feature the late Megadeth drummer Nick Menza. The record is scheduled for release on May 22, with the lead single "Promises, Conspiracies, and Lies" already available.
Guitarist John "Gumby" Goodwin, a friend of Menza's, uncovered a substantial collection of unreleased drum recordings by the late drummer while sorting through old tapes. These recordings were extensive enough to compose a full album, with Menza's drumming present on every track.
Further strengthening the Megadeth connection, the Serpent from Eden album will also feature contributions from former bandmates David Ellefson and Chris Poland. Menza was an integral part of Megadeth from 1989 to 1998, performing on iconic albums like 'Rust in Peace' and 'Countdown to Extinction'. He passed away in 2016 at the age of 51.
